It is a requirement in all States that every business is registered before commencing operations.The Office of Business and Consumer Affairs conducts registration of your business name in your state and from whom details and forms must be obtained.The following information is required:
1) The business name
2) Nature of the business
3) The address of the business
4) The date of commencement
5) Full name and address of each person carrying on the business.
Registration may be as a Limited Company which will trade as:
ABC "AREA"
When registered you will receive a Certificate of Registration, which must be displayed in a prominent position in your business office.You are required to forward a copy of this Certificate of Registration to ABC.
