2.D. Restaurant Construction. The DA will advise franchisees in the proper construction of their Restaurants including but not limited to color schemes and design, hiring of contractors, and purchase of equipment and signs, according to Company policies.
2.E. Installation of Equipment. The DA must ensure that only equipment which meets the Company's standards for design, construction, appearance and function is installed in Restaurants in the Territory.
2.F. Training and Ongoing Education of Franchisees. The Company provides an initial training course for franchisees at the Company's home office or another designated site. Beyond that, the DA must train franchisees from the time they sign their franchise agreements through the opening of their Restaurants and then provide ongoing training to the franchisees throughout the term of their franchise agreements.
The DA or his staff shall also provide additional training as part of monthly Restaurant evaluations and shall conduct at least three (3) educational meetings per calendar year for franchisees in the Territory, which training and meetings shall include content as directed by the Company.
